Usage:
Install Varnish 
https://www.varnish-cache.org/docs/2.1/installation/install.html

clone this repo to a folder accessible by your local webserver

Copy varnish files listed below into relevant locations
 cp varnish    /etc/sysconfig/varnish
 cp b3cft.vcl  /etc/varnish/b3cft.vcl

* Hit your webserver on port 80
* Hit your varnish server on port 6081 
* Observe differences in headers and hits on webserver

e.g. 
http://localhost/PHP-London-Varnish/example1-no-headers.php
http://localhost:6081/PHP-London-Varnish/example1-no-headers.php
