Probiotics (Lactobacilli) to prevent Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea

This repository contains the source data and matching forest plots for an open meta-analysis of this intervention. This repository updates a previously published meta-analysis.(1)

This meta-analysis suggests that clinical intervention is effective. As compared to the most recent meta-analysis below, below, this living meta-analysis adds more recent randomized data.
