Fix some release issues for cc-suite.py

Introduce the script cc-suite.py to the comicom package that acts as a rudamentary 'chapter management' system that allows for downloading, simple ad removal, waifu, and compilation.
Downloading is optionally supported via manga-py if you choose to use it, requires you to pip install manga-py
