Prevent data repetition + Stabilise Mascot + Add 'Report Error' button

• Also, changed the position of og / twitter meta tags in html head
• Increased timer before modal appearance
• Increased timer of egg loader
• Prevent repetition while fetching new pairs of data (Fixes Remove duplicacy in questions while fetching questions randomly #9 )

Sad to see the mascots leave the project as files, but hey, if it improves the performance, that's no problem at all. Moreover, the interaction is now smooooth like butter. So, kudos! :)
