Application: Mass Accounts Owner Change:
Removing the default value true for the master Account owner change.
Now the system considers the input received from the flow and assigns accordingly.
User has the ability to decide if he wants to assign all the related, Open Cases, Open Inspections, Active BLAs, Open Public Complaints.

Changes is appropriately applied using ternary operators.
