UAT Bug- field errors on Activity form

Describe the Bug:

The following error were present on the Activity page

• No save and continue Button on last activity form - says Redirecting instead.
  **[Patricia Note: this bug may be fixed through Bug - button display and functionality #444]

• The field “Annual Fuel Amount” in Fuel combustion by mobile equipment” activity should be calculated
  [Patricia note: this is not a bug. we were never asked to make the annual fuel amount add up all the Q1-Q4 numbers. We'll need to confirm the intention here with BA]

• The fuel-related fields do not match the fields in the spreadsheet. Specifically “Fuel Description” is missing in the GSC excluding line tracing activity, under source type "GSC of waste without production of useful energy"

• The methodology dropdown does not match the options in the spreadsheet. Specifically “Methodology 4 (CEMS)” is missing in the 'GSC excluding line tracing' activity, under source type 'GSC of waste without production of useful energy', gas type CO2.

• Returns an error page when the box of two source types is checked at the same time.
  [Patricia note: this has been resolved since it was tested. Let's ask users to re-test to confirm]

• Cement Production added to activity list when on Non-Attributable Emission page despite not being one of the selected activities. Same issue as flagged in UAT ticket UAT Bug- Task list menu doesn't work when in Non-attributable emissions page #466
  [Patricia note: another issue with the task list. I believe this will be resolved by other tickets. Devs to confirm]

• returns an error page when user attempt to navigate to facilities page using the facilities link in the breadcrumbs on the activities page.
  **[Patricia note: This is a breadcrumb issue. Possibly resolved through Reporting\Breadcrumbs - simplified #352 but not sure]

• Text box cuts off some of the text for Reporting Activities and Regulated Products. User is unable to see entire list
  [Patricia notes: already captured in ticket Make long text wrap around in pills and dropdowns #430 can remove this from the list]

• NEW - Scrolling up, or using up/down arrows while still clicked on a data field will increase/decrease that number, instead of scrolling up/down the page. We don't want users unintentionally changing their numbers by mistake.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the “General stationary combustion excluding line tracing” activity
2. click on the box of the source type “General stationary combustion of waste without production of useful energy”.

Error 4

1. Go to the “General stationary combustion excluding line tracing” activity,
2. Click on the box of the source type “General stationary combustion of waste without production of useful energy”.
3. Select for the field “Gas type” the option “CO2”.

Error 5

1. Go to the “General stationary combustion excluding line tracing” activity,
2. click on the box of the source type “General stationary combustion of fuel or waste with production of useful energy”.
3. Then click on the box of the source type “General stationary combustion of waste without production of useful energy”.

@fviduya - any chance you have time to review some of these bugs flagged for reporting? I think some of them will be addressed in other tickets (I've already checked those ones off) but it would be helpful to know if you can recreate those other issues. Thanks!

Hi @patriciarussellCAS, I'm trying to test in the test environment but I got no access to any credential that already has an operation registered. Due to #2624, I can't create an operation to get to the reporting side. Do we have a credential in the test environment that I can use that already has an operation registered?

@Sepehr-Sobhani or @pbastia - any chance you know which Operators/Operations are set up properly in Test right now?
I know Tammie has things set up for UAT, but can't remember which ones can be used right now. Any thoughts?

We can use bc-cas-test-two user to request access to Registered Operator which has some registered Operations.

Tested on: DEV Environment
Role: industry_user
Browser: Chrome

Steps to Replicate:

1. Log in as industry_user (bc-cas-dev)
2. Under Reporting tile, click Submit Annual Report(s)
3. Click Start or Continue on Operation 3
4. Under Review Operation Information, make sure that the following activities are selected: General Stationary Combustion excluding line tracing and Fuel combustion by mobile equipment.
5. Click Save and Continue until you reach Report Information page.
6. On Report Information, add Fuel and Emission. Verify that it is possible to delete the fuel and emissions.

Test 1: The fuel-related fields do not match the fields in the spreadsheet e.g. “Fuel Description” is missing

• Fuel Description is still missing

Test 2: The methodology dropdown does not match the options in the spreadsheet e.g. “Methodology 4 (CEMS)” is missing

• CEMS is missing from the Methodology dropdown

@Sepehr-Sobhani - Hmm, Registered Operator is currently tied to Tammie's account. For now, I tested using dev environment to see if it's still not fixed there. Thanks!

Side note while I was testing:

The Annual Fuel Amount's value increases/decreases when scrolling up/down or clicking the up and down keys. I am not sure if that is an expected behavior, but I do not see any indication in the field the value can be changed in those ways (the field does not have an arrow that indicates the value can be changed in different ways aside from just putting the number).
