Cannot Create Redline - Error

Describe the bug in current situation

On OOP-2023-33233, unable to create redline for sign off through redaction app. 'Redline for Sign Off' button is active, and when selected, error is thrown in console, and no package is created (and therefore, cannot be downloaded in the 'Records' tab on the request). See error below.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to OOP-2023-33233 and access the Redaction App
2. Click on 'Create Response PDF' -> 'Redline for Sign Off'
3. Click 'Create Redline PDF'
4. See error
