This release fixes a lot of bugs and has some improvements from 8.1.5 and 8.1.6

Changelog:

Revert Mystery Raid Changes where it displayed the species in the "upnext" embed. Let's keep it a mystery.
Fixed requested raids rotating indefinitely if no one joined the raid.
Fixed wait time issue for requested raids which allowed the timer to hit 0 if no one joined.
Other misc. fixes and improvements
