This repository contains an application that generates a README file given user input. By utilizing Inquirer, the application prompts the user from the command line with a series of questions, then creates and populates a markdown file with the user's responses. Included in the file are a title, license badge, and functional table of contents, as well as sections for installation, usage, contributing, tests, and contact information.
The repo contains a package.json with the necessary dependencies. Run npm install in terminal to install dependencies, then use node index.js to launch the application.
The terminal prompts user with several questions. User may decide which prompts to input responses for. The table of contents prompt contains a list of choices, from which the user may choose as many as they want. The license prompt contains a list of choices, from which the user may select one.
