TriboliumGait

This repository includes:

  • Python code used to analyse Tribolium castaneum larval motor parameters, gait and leg kinematics.
  • Python code used to extract data from .csv files.
  • Fiji macros used for video processing for FIMTrack tracking.

Dependencies & versions

Our Python code uses common, freely available packages and libraries. We used JupyterLab ver 3.6.3 and Python 3.
