This repository includes:
- Python code used to analyse Tribolium castaneum larval motor parameters, gait and leg kinematics.
- Python code used to extract data from .csv files.
- Fiji macros used for video processing for FIMTrack tracking.
Our Python code uses common, freely available packages and libraries. We used JupyterLab ver 3.6.3 and Python 3.
