First working version of Distributed-FIJI!

In general, this allows you to take a script you like on FIJI, run it Docker-ized on AWS, monitor its progress, check to see if it makes the right output, then mark a job as having succeeded or failed accordingly.

Distributed-FIJI owes a lot to Distributed-CellProfiler, which performs the same sorts of operations on CellProfiler pipelines. See McQuin et al 2018 PLoS Biology 2018 for more information.
