merge the two now seen as "Blog" and "Network"

@David-Ro not following the idea here.

The blog can morph into a weekly community co-edited newsletter like https://this-week-in-rust.org/ as per @frabrunelle

Network is the full set of organizer people and groups, a different model altogether, referenceable from locations and activities

"Community" is a network, and as a label-name it's more attractive than Network

Blog is per initiator person, so blog can go under the person. Same page or lower down.

It's confusing to newbies to see tabs called network and blog.
