依赖包

• 依赖包文件：requirements.txt 安装整个requirements.txt, pip --default-timeout=100 install --no-cache-dir -r requirements.txt -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
• 安装某个本地包：pip install sdist/tools.tar.gz
• 使用阿里加速器 pip install flask -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

pypi配置token
