Plate map modal bug fix

A bug was observed which limited the visibility of gDNA plates in the modal stemming from a refactor. This release scopes the bug fix.

Workflow fixes and improvements

This incremental release includes bug fixes to sample sheets, prep sheets, and picklists. It further includes support now for the generation of preparation sheets for shotgun runs.
