📔 Objective

This uses a symmetrical AES encryption to encrypt the TOTP keys of items. Names are not currently encrypted.

The key for this is currently generated on first use and stored in the keychain. We may want to secure it more firmly in the keychain (or store it as a key rather than as a string?) and verify that it transfers between backup/restore.
