Install ImageMagick: ImageMagick is required for Alfred HEIC to JPG to function. Install it by running the following command in Terminal:
brew install imagemagick

Download and Install the Workflow: Download the latest release of Alfred HEIC to JPG from the Releases page. Double-click the workflow file to import it into Alfred.
- In Finder, select the HEIC files you want to convert.
- Activate Alfred's File Actions by selecting the files and using the File Action hotkey or searching for "File Actions" in Alfred.
