Error messages should be translated by the Symfony Form already.
Its also not done in the default Form theme: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/blob/2.7/src/Symfony/Bridge/Twig/Resources/views/Form/form_div_layout.html.twig#L293

It seems like a bug in your own code.
