It was found that Raw::from_utf8 expects valid UTF-8. If invalid UTF-8 is received it can cause the process to crash.

rmp-serde version bumps tend to have breaking changes to serialization semantics, so this likely isn't safe to merge.

On the other hand, we don't use Raw::from_utf8 here, so it should be okay to ignore this.
