I'm a master's student working on cell-free mitochondrial DNA. I found this article "The landscape of cell‑free mitochondrial
DNA in liquid biopsy for cancer detection" (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37828498/) where they used ichorCNA (commit 5bfc03e) but they didn't specify the modifications made to ensure the pipeline works on chrM.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
