Bin size other than the given 10, 50, 500 and 1000 kbp.

Dear ichorCNA team,

thank you very much for the great tool!
However, I have a question: I have a use case where I need to use bins in other sizes than the supplementary files (gc.wig, map.wig etc.) given in inst/extdata.
For example: I need to run ichorCNA with bin sizes of 100kb and 250 kb. Is this possible, and if so, how?
