- Asado-marinated Meat
- Pico de Gallo
- Queso Fresco (crumbled up)
- Avocadoes (optional) OR
- Guacamole
- Tortillas (street taco sized)
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Hot Sauce
- Lime slices
- Prep Pico-de-Gallo
- Cook the marinated meat on a skillet. High temp for chicken, medium/low for elk or beef.
- Cut/chop the meat.
- Heat the tortillas up, in stacks of two on the skillet or over low flame.
- Make tacos! Tortillas > Meat > Queso > Pico > Sour Cream > Avo (or Guacamole) > Hot Sauce > Lime slice juice.
- Street Taco Style Instead of pico de gallo, you can chop white onion and cilantro up.
