This page describes a lose series of development best practises? and should be updated by anyone as and when necessary.

Styles General

Where someone may be working on a component , updating the visual look , or developing some new aspect that requires styles if we haven't yet got the main stylesheet revision under-way or where you're not sure where best to place those rulesets then please use a temporary style file created to hold styles separately so we can easily locate them later and move into a better position in main styles. There is a sheet named _temp-new-styles.scssprovided for this purpose.
