Hello @vkartha @jdbuenrostro

I'm interested in differential analysis of Merged/Integrated Signac Object of Multiome Datasets. Is there a way to do that using FigR.

Thanks,

@JoreVW

Hi I'm interested in the same analysis, comparing a knock-out condition with a control.

@sylestiel for the moment I performed FigR on my complete dataset, and than plotted the DORCs on my UMAP to see where they are most active, plus from your DEG or DAR list you can kind of reason with what conditions the DORCs/TFs/... are most associated.

But I'm very interested to know whether there is another workflow to compare different sample conditions?

Jore
