New watch options:

  • highlights from enemy POV
  • POV (skips buytime and the period the player is dead)

Added option to poll for demo directory changes. This is useful if the demo directory is on a network mapped drive (eg. NFS, SMB) and the indexer doesn't pick up new demos. #197
