Description

This is a community driven project supported by voluntary donations, the aim of the project is to make Constellation node operators more productive by making node data and statistics easily available. Reports are sent instantaneously in the event of 1) automatically detected anomalies and 2) upon request from the operator.

Clone and run the project

Instructions on how to install the Node Robot.

Prerequisites

Ubuntu 22.04

Install

# Example command to install
cd $HOME && git clone hgtp-node-discord-bot && mv hgtp-node-discord-bot bot

Create .env file in the project folder Input your env constants:

DB_URL=postgres+asyncpg://<username>:<password>@localhost/<db_name>
DISCORD_TOKEN=<token_string>
mv ~/hgtp-node-discord-bot ~/bot
cd ~/bot
bash control.sh
# Enter the number to install bot on the server
# After installation
nano .psqlrc
# Copy and paste the following line in the `postgres` home directory:
`SET statement_timeout=18000000;`
`SET lock_timeout=18000000;`
# The rest should be set in postgresql.conf (sudo -u postgres psql -c 'SHOW config_file')
# The example below is in case you have 6 cores (between 4 and 8 * number_of_cores)
`SET max_connections=36;`
# The example below is in case you have 15 GB ram (between 20% and 40% of total ram)
`SET shared_buffers=5000MB;`
# The example below is in case you have 15 GB ram (between 1% and 5% of ram)
`SET work_mem=450MB`
# Save and exit
