Bump multifeed to latest (PROTOCOL BREAKING)

This is a breaking change for us but not for multifeed, since peers on
existing cabals will change their root hypercore from a shared global
key to one that is unique to their cabal. Old and new versions of cabal
will not be able to communicate.
