Will read from CSV files

Either edit the filepaths (INPUT_FILE_PATH, OUTPUT_FILEPATH) in scraper.py
or use the following syntax:

>> python scraper.py /path/to/input.csv /path/to/output.csv

If you fail to do so, or use the wrong syntax, the default filepaths will
be used.
