Pre-work for #2432.

This PR synchronizes sidebars for the 8.0/3.8.0 versions of the docs.

Not included

• Synchronization for <= 8.1. If that needs to happen, it will come in a separate PR.

When should this change go live?

• This change is not yet live and should not be merged until {ADD_DATE} (apply hold label or convert to draft PR)?
