Make bits of kctrl more configurable

Describe the problem/challenge you have

I am consuming bits of kctrl and want it to be more configurable. Allowing:

• Disabling waiting behaviour
• Allowing supplying a default value for a service account
• Allowing creation of resources in shared namespaces
• Allowing a default cube context override

Describe the solution you'd like
[A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. If applicable a visual representation of the UX.]
I should be allowed to configure these bits while attaching the package command tree

Anything else you would like to add:
[Additional information that will assist in solving the issue.]
This allows kctrl pieces to interact with Kubernetes-like api servers better
