psycopg2-binary stopped shipping for 3.6 and 3.7, so using RH's ubi8/ubi-minimal wasn't going to work anymore. ubi8/python-39 seemed promising, but it turns out that the UBI Python images don't allow package installs. Alpine is smaller, faster and more straightforward. Signed-off-by: Zack Cerza <[email protected]>

This has been running in production for over a month now, and it also fixes the broken container build. I'm going to merge this so I can unblock myself testing #94. |
