The Outbreak Explorer is a web application that facilitates "What if?" inquiry of the COVID-19 outbreak within Leon County, Florida. The app can be extended to include other bounded territories and other infectious diseases. Outbreak Explorer builds on the COVID-19 Scenarios project with a focus on agent-based models.
