Aggregate Report Tables

While 2018 Aggregate reports derive from the 2017 Aggregate reports, some tables contain differences from the prior year. These differences are outlined below in each table section.

Users should take note that the change in reporting thresholds need to be accounted for in time-series analysis of the reports.

Table i: Reporting Financial Institutions

Dispositions

This table will not include any dispositions, as we will no longer distinguish between institutions who have a home or branch office in the MSA/MD and institutions who do not have a home or branch office in the MSA/MD.

Table 1 no longer contains data from the FFIEC and Census relating to minority population percentage and median income.

  • Refinancings (C): Total Units = 1 through 4; Purpose of Loan = 31, 32
  • Home Improvement Loans (D): Total Units = 1 through 4; Purpose of Loan = 2
  • Loans on Dwellings For 5 or More Families (E): 5+ Units
  • Nonoccupant Loans from Columns A, B, C ,& D (F): All loans from columns A through @ where Occupancy Type = 2, 3
  • Loans On Manufactured Home Dwellings From Columns A, B, C & D (G): Construction Method = 2
