Problem

• We can edit the client permissions on the status of the concepts. However, clients do not have access to the concepts page.
• In production settings, importing task statuses by production doesn't have the expected result: all available statuses are systematically imported.
• After pinning or editing a task on the side panel, the task status displayed on the entity list may become incorrect.
• On the Concepts page, the close action in the side panel has no effect.

Solution

• Hide the rights configuration for Client users on the admin page of status for concepts.
• Fix import of task statuses by production.
• Fix task status refreshing when a comment is pinned or updated.
• Fix close action on the side panel.
