BlackICE is a Android distribution based on CyanogenModv7.1 
intended to run on Desire HD / Inspire 4G devices

BUILD INSTRUCTIONS (tested on GNU/Linux ... needed bash/gawk/j2sdk/android.SDK)

1) Clone the repo
   git clone git://github.com/alienmind-org/BlackICE.git

2) Download CM nightbuild / build your KANG / Kernel Image (lordModUE) under download/

3) Customize your build.ini from conf/build_example.ini (documented inside)

4) Run
   cd BlackICE
   tools/build.sh -ini conf/build_example.ini                  

4) Flash out/BlackICE-vX.X-YYYYMMDD_HHMISS-signed.zip

There are other extended ways to build blackice with custom patches from CM sources.
See con/build_example.ini for more advanced options
