Hi there,

In RISC-V VeeR-EL2-PRM document, it was said: "The VeeR EL2 core conforms to the “RISC-V Debug Specification 0.13.2, with JTAG DTM” document [3]". However in the rtl code, the version number was set to 1, and the comment was it was compliant to version 0.13.2.

However, according to the standard version 1.0 is not compliant to 0.13.2. It is a bit confusing as exactly what it is implemented. Can you explain in more details.

Please also specify the version of RISC-V core in Caliptra-rtl 1.1 release.

Thank you very much,
Linda Dong
