Model fitting and analysis

analysis_nb.ipynb: The notebook for preprocessing raw iEEG data, running FOOOF/eBOSC model fitting and evaluation, and performing statistical analyses of model output.

Helper functions

preprocessing_utils.py: This script contains functions for preprocessing iEEG data

stats_utils.py: This script contains functions for fitting FOOOF/eBOSC models and performing statistical analyses on the output.
