Domain model

Since this project is to create a tool for programmers, some software items are included in the domain model, such as input and output files and expected UIs, as these would be common to similar IDEs or microcontroller assembly platforms. The software items in the model are only the items that would concern the end user; software artifacts specific to the project (e.g. the webpage HTML file) are omitted.
