Load config for tests from local directory.
Limit number of builds to 10 for faster bootstrap.
Redirect to gs on click on the graph.

FYI @hemanthmalla you can just run:

CONFIG_PATH="../../jobs/fqdn.yaml" BUILDS=20 ./run_perfdash.sh

and you should be able to see metrics from FQDN runs for last 20 runs
