This patch release sets some properties in the parent POM (affecting this project). It also adds a Change report to the site generation. A few things were added to the Git ignore file.

Pre-Independence Day v0.2.0

This release was done because a method lastUpdateMetaData now returns String instead of Date.

Pre-Production (v0.1.0)

This is the initial release of the commons-api library. This release gets the project to the Central Repository and will be used internally at CI Wise Inc. The public is welcome to use it prior to the first official release of version 1.0.0.
