Adds a visual element to the feed list, indicating to the user how many unread entries it contains
There is currently a problem where long titles (like the first one in the screenshot) will have the unread number / indicator off the screen (though the same is true for the title itself). It might be an idea to move the indicator to the left, this might also make it easier to find the feeds which have news in a much longer list.
