examples/euler_1d_wcblast/flag2refine1.f90due to change in calling sequence introduced in Add UNSET option to amrflags array #224. Fixes problem mentioned in Refactor boundary condition function #227.Comment out computation of
x_low, etc.that are only in the default versions for illustration in case the user needs it for their own version.I notice Add UNSET option to amrflags array #224 only updated 1d and 2d codes. At some point we need to add the same
UNSEToption to the 3d code. I raised Add UNSET option to amrflags in 3d code #229.
