Add sessionClaims to useAuth

Description

Fixes #4822

Adds sessionClaims to all implementations of useAuth (ie for react, astro and vue), to match the docs regarding custom session claims. https://clerk.com/docs/backend-requests/making/custom-session-token#use-the-custom-claims-in-your-application
