IMHO, since only KT VPC is supported, it would be better to remove the "vpc" keyword later :-) |

Since KT Cloud Classic (the infrastructure without VPC support) cannot be fully supported by CB-Tumblebug,
We have decided to remove support for KT Cloud Classic and retain support for KT Cloud VPC only.
This PR implements the decision by:
