Version 0.1

This is an initial release of the futility library. The numerical programs are largely the same as when I wrote them for my Computational Methods class, with rather ungainly interfaces which I hope to improve in future. There are also a few more numerical subroutines which I would like to get around to adding and some subroutines which are currently commented out because they are broken and need to be fixed.
