[3890] Classic DB release v1.12 "Melting Pot"

Classic DB release version 1.12 "Melting Pot" This release is compatible with revision z2793 of of CMaNGOS-classic and comes with latest ACID-classic There are too many features and topics of interest included in this release to be listed exhaustively. A lot of contents were added or fixed based on data coming from retail servers and new core systems were deployed, leading to improve many parts of the game that were already working but not yet Blizzlike or relying on hacks. Gap between Classic-DB and TBC-DB was reduced in many fields by migrating content in order to ease porting back and forth though many remains to be done. We would like to heartily thank all the contributors for their reports, fixes and tests, especially amongst them: AnonXS, cyberium, Grz3s, insunaa, killerwife, Killyana, MantisLord, miraco, Nytanath, NickTyrer, NeatElves, ratkosrb, Saltgurka, Tobschinski, Warlockbugs... As always, very special thanks to the other CMaNGOS teams as this release would not have been possible without their great and heavy contributions. Classic DB is a cross databases project and many of the updates are possible thanks to the great work of our fellow developers from other projects, with a special thank to AnonXS, Grz3s, killerwife, MantisLord who increased the synergies between our DB projects. As usual, many gossips, ACID scripts, quests, items, NPCs, scripts events, dungeons and raids were also fixed. And when we say many, we really mean many as there were close to one thousand commits since the last release.
