Updated all respective places with information about new
#wg-green-reviewsSlack channel. Also, added a new document to the governance folder with a process for creating new Slack channels - this document can be extended to add process for creating any other communication channels for the TAG ENV like, for example, accounts on social media platforms that may come up in the future. Also, fixed a few minor Markdown linting errors and added a link to the TAG ENV LinkedIn account to our website.Closes #258
