This PR adds the blog post for the London Sustainability Meetup 2024 event wrap-up as discussed in #567. The blog post covers the highlights from our first-ever CNCF Cloud Native Sustainability Week London 2024 Meetup hosted by Cloud Native Westminster.

Changes include:

• Added new blog post with event highlights and key takeaways
• Added images from the event with proper relative paths
• Updated metadata with correct date and author information
• Added guest post banner linking to cloud native sustainability week
• Included summaries of all keynote presentations:
  • The Three C's: Cost, Carbon, and Cloud
  • eBPF: Revolutionizing Data Center Efficiency
  • Practical Approaches to Green Computing
  • Supply Chain Sustainability

Checklist:

• Blog post written and formatted in markdown
• Images added with correct relative paths
• Alt text added for accessibility
• Proper frontmatter metadata included
