@dpo I'm having a lot of trouble updating the versions of all these packages and I've failed to debug it. One thing that was happening was that SYMPHONY was failing its unit test due to a tolerance issue with one of the difficult netlib problems. This is really a problem in Clp, but Clp is itself passing its unit test. So I turned off testing of SYMPHONY with LPs netlib, since this doesn't really make sense anyway. Now I am getting this. with SYMPHONY, but not with any of the dependencies, which also all depend on pkg-config. Huh? I can't replicate this. Locally, everything is fine. What's annoying is that this one thing is making every other build fail because all of the other projects are dependents of SYMPHONY and so they all try to build SYMPHONY for testing (at least I think this is what is happening). Can you take a look? |
