Update app-elements to latest v2 #75

What I did

Updated app-elements and @commercelayer/sdk to their latest version.
Remove getDisplayStatus and replaced with getShipmentDisplayStatus from app-elements
Converted ShipmentDetailsContextMenu in useShipmentToolbar hook to work with the new <PageLayout> requirements
We now also support the new delivered status for shipments

Make sure your changes are tested (stories and/or unit, integration, or end-to-end tests).
Make sure to add/update documentation regarding your changes.
You are NOT deprecating/removing a feature.
