This PR adds two important changes:

  • Moves the legacy finetuning notebook to the latest setup (use the new automatic segmentation functionality and move dataloaders to default_sam_loader
  • Make default_sam_loader more flexible (to allow all parameters covered under torch_em.default_segmentation_dataset.
